Welcome to Lend. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lend's website, mobile experience, and any order you place with us. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.
Lend is owned and operated by Lagaroche (BD) Limited (also referred to as La Garrocha BD Ltd.), a company registered in Bangladesh. Lend was established in 2018 and is an authorized vendor of ZARA, LA GARROCHA, HISPANITAS, and LOIS products in Bangladesh. You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order with us. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at lendbdclothing@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
All prices on Lend are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display accurate product information, colours, and sizing, but slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings. Stock is not reserved until an order is confirmed, so availability can change between browsing and checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock. If we cancel a paid order, any amount charged will be refunded in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We accept Cash on Delivery, and — where enabled at checkout — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card payments processed securely through our payment gateway partner, SSLCommerz. You may request to modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing lendbdclothing@gmail.com, as we begin processing and shipping shortly after that window.

All content on this website — including the Lend name and logo, product photography, graphics, and text — is the property of Lagaroche (BD) Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
While we take care to ensure our products and services meet a high standard, Lend and Lagaroche (BD) Limited shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you hold as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
