At Lend, we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly and reliably. This page explains how our order processing and delivery works, from confirmation to your doorstep.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email right away. We begin processing and packing your order within 24 hours of confirmation. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at lendbdclothing@gmail.com within that 24-hour window, as we're unable to make changes once an order has shipped.
Orders delivered within Dhaka are dispatched and delivered within 5 business days of confirmation.
Orders delivered outside Dhaka are dispatched and delivered within 10 business days of confirmation.
Delivery charges for each zone are shown at checkout before you place your order, and delivery is free on orders above ৳20000.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress to your doorstep.
You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing lendbdclothing@gmail.com. Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
Currently, Lend only offers shipping within Bangladesh. We do not currently offer international shipping.
